Payment terms

A 15% deposit is payable on the initial decision to purchase a property. On completion of the principal structures and the roof of the property a further 30% is payable and on completion of doors, windows and all electric and plumbing installations a further 30% will be payable.

The final 25% is payable on completion of the property.

Clients are advised that a choice of possible finishes to the apartments is available and there is the possibility of adjusting some structural elements depending upon the stage on building work undertaken at the moment of the choice.
