Tuscany is famous for its beautiful landscape, nice climate and long history.
Our developments are in two different areas of Tuscany. Libbiano is on the top of a hill in the heart of the ‘classic’ Tuscan landscape. Lombrici and Nocchi are between the beaches of Versilia and the marble mountains of Carrara and Lucca.
The site of Libbiano is in the middle of a beautiful landscape with astonishing views. Less than 10 km from Libbiano are the two small fortress towns from the middle ages, of Peccioli and Castelfalfi.
Castelfalfi is a tourist resort with a lot of sport facilities like a golf course, tennis and fitness clubs, swimming pools, restaurants and a wellness centre. Between half an hour and 40 minutes by car you can get to some beaches like Cecina, Castiglioncello and Tirrenia.
Lombrici and Nocchi are placed on a peninsula between the beach of Versilia and the Apennine Mountains of Carrara and Lucca. The region of Versilia is well known in Italy for the high standard of beaches and luxury shops, bars and restaurants. In twenty minutes car drive you can arrive on the beach or to the port of Viareggio, an 18th century resort town with yachting club. Also in this area you can find a lot of sport clubs like golf, tennis, wind surfing and yachting.
How to get there?
In Tuscany we have two Airports, Pisa and Florence. From Pisa International Airport you can get in less than 30 minutes to both sides of Libbiano and Lombrici.
The Versilia ( Lombrici, Nocchi ) is also well connected with highways and has got a railway station.
Libbiano is 30 minutes drive from Pisa or Florence.
